Hey mamas, this one’s for you!

This course is all about giving you the space to slow down, breathe, and truly relax. It’s a chance to meet other mums-to-be, share the journey, and feel supported in a way that just feels good.

There’s no formal structure—just a cosy, welcoming vibe where you can unwind, feel cared for, and get ready for birth in the most relaxed way possible. Each week we will cover a different topic and each week you will get a chance to experience a self hypnosis script, read out by me, whilst you relax where you feel comfortable. Whether that be sat on a chair, on a yoga mat, under a nice warm blanket. Sounds perfect right? ​

Relaxation in Pregnancy
Learn how to ease stress, connect with your baby, and fully relax through guided self hypnosis scripts. Learning relaxation techniques for your pregnancy and birth can have truly wonderful outcomes. Pregnancy can feel overwhelming, so use this time to give yourself the opportunity to feel calm & relaxed. 

 Sleep in Pregnancy
We all know that sleep can be pretty tough during pregnancy. This could be because of discomfort or feelings of worry related to pregnancy and birth. Discover techniques to improve sleep and wake up feeling more refreshed, ready to take on the day ahead. 

 Fear in Pregnancy & Birth
Address fears related to pregnancy and birth and build a positive mindset for birth. Just like in my Hypnobirthing courses, I aim to help you acknowledge your own fears and support you to shift your mindset, so you can look forward to birth feeling empowered and ready! 

Healthy Choices
Healthy body, can support a healthy mind. Explore ways to nourish your body and mind for a smoother pregnancy.

Preparing for Birth
We will cover practical tips and relaxation exercises on how you can feel prepared and confident for birth. 

Oxytocin for Birth
Finally we will explore Oxytocin for birth, what is it, and how does it support your labour?I want you to harness the power of the 'love hormone' for a calm and positive birth experience.
